Border to Border Communications, Inc.
is the Local Exchange Carrier for the rural portion of Zapata County, Texas.
Border to Border Communications began providing telephone service to rural Zapata County in 1994. Due to our large serving area, approximately 850 square miles, and our relatively low subscriber density, approximately one customer every 10 square miles, we don’t plow cable to every new subscriber. Instead we use a combination of technologies including fiber optics, copper cable, and wireless to provide quality communications with the best technology available anywhere.
Border to Border has an office in Zapata, Texas and has it’s corporate headquarters in Kerrville, Texas.
