Lifeline
The Lifeline program is designed to help qualified low-income individuals pay the monthly cost of basic telephone service. Lifeline reduces the basic monthly telephone rate by $7.00 and waves the federal subscriber line charge up to $6.50 for a total maximum discount of $13.50 for those who qualify. Link-Up
The Link-Up program is designed to reduce the cost of initiating new telephone service to qualifying low-income residents.
