Past Due Accounts
Payments are due the 16th of the month following the company's billing period unless the due date falls on a holiday or weekend. Accounts are considered past due the first day after the due date. A bill is considered delinquent if not paid by the due date. Past due notices are sent the day after the billing due date. Service will be suspended ten days following the late notice, usually the 26th of the month unless the date falls on a weekend or holiday. Service will then be suspended the following business day.
If you do not receive a past due notice you are still responsible for the payment of your bill. If you are not able to pay your bill by the due date, please call our business office at (956) 936-2000. We will be happy to discuss payment options with you.
