Telephone Service Vacation Policy

A customer that will be gone from their normal place of residence or business for an extended period of time may request the service be changed to Vacation Status. The customer will maintain the current telephone number and all equipment will remain in place. Border to Border must be notified at least two weeks prior to departure.
